Jerome subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Refunds are limited.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months or partial years.
2. When refunds may be granted
- Duplicate charge.
- Billing error.
- Fraud or unauthorized purchase.
- A clear Jerome-side technical failure that prevents the paid service from working and that we cannot reasonably fix.
3. When refunds are generally not granted
- You forgot to cancel before renewal.
- You used part of the billing period and then changed your mind.
- You purchased through a third-party app store or partner that controls the payment. In that case, the partner's refund process applies.
4. Time limit
Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
5. Abuse and chargebacks
We may deny refunds and suspend access where we detect fraud, abuse, repeated chargeback behavior, or attempts to use refund requests to evade normal subscription rules.
